If you were a Smile Checks Version 1 user, welcome back! Version 2 is a completely new portal โ but your data, check history, and settings are all waiting for you. Getting in is simple, and there's nothing to set up from scratch.
โ The One Thing You Need to Know
Sign up using the exact same email address you used in Version 1. This is all it takes to reconnect your account and restore your history.
That's it. No company setup. No re-entering your settings. No re-importing your check requests. As long as you use the same email, everything carries over automatically.
๐ How to Get Started
Go to the Version 2 portal Open the new Smile Checks portal URL in your browser. You'll see the Version 2 login screen.
Click "Sign Up" โ not "Log In" Even though you had an account in Version 1, you are creating a fresh login for the new portal. Click Sign Up to begin.
Enter your Version 1 email address Use the exact same email address that was associated with your previous account. This is the key step โ getting this right is what links you to all your previous data.
Set a new password Create a password for your Version 2 account. You can use the same one as before or choose a new one.
You're in Log in and you'll land on your dashboard. Your previous check requests, reports, company settings, and team are all there.

You do not need to re-enter company information, re-import your check requests, or reconfigure your settings. Everything is already there.

If you sign up with a different email address, the system will treat you as a brand-new user and you will not have access to your previous data, team, or settings.
