🔐 Logging In to the Portal

Once your account is set up, logging in to Smile Checks is quick and straightforward.

🌐 Step 1: Go to the Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to the Smile Checks portal URL provided by your company. We recommend bookmarking it for easy access.

📧 Step 2: Enter Your Email and Password

Enter the email address and password you used when setting up your account, then click Log In.

🏠 Step 3: You're on Your Dashboard

You'll land on your Dashboard, showing an overview of your check requests and key metrics. What you see depends on your role.


🔑 Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link
  3. Check your inbox for an email from do-not-reply@getsmilechecks.com
  4. Click the reset link and set a new password

Password reset links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.


⚠️ Trouble Logging In?

  • Wrong email or password — Double-check for typos and make sure Caps Lock is off
  • Account not found — Make sure you're using the same email your invitation was sent to
  • Account inactive — Your access may have been revoked. Contact your Owner or Administrator
