๐ Check Request Stats
This widget shows a breakdown of your check requests by status:
- ๐ต Invited โ Awaiting candidate response
- ๐ก Collating Report โ In progress
- ๐ข Completed โ All reports received
- โซ Closed โ Finished with some missing reports
๐ณ Credit Balance (Owners & Admins)
The Credit Balance widget shows your company's current available credits at a glance. If credits are running low, a warning will appear here to prompt a top-up.
๐ค Partner Dashboard
If you are a Partner, your dashboard looks different. You'll see only the check requests that have been specifically assigned to you, along with their current status and any pending actions.
๐งญ Navigating the Portal
Use the left sidebar to move between sections. The menu items you see depend on your role:
- ๐ Check Requests โ View and submit checks
- ๐ Reports โ Access completed reports
- ๐ณ Credit Orders โ Manage credits (Owners & Admins only)
- โ๏ธ Settings โ Profile, company, and user management
- โ Help โ Walkthrough, updates, and support
