📄 Viewing and Accessing Reports
Once a background check is complete (or partially complete), you can access the reports directly from the portal. Reports are also delivered to your email automatically.
🔑 Who can access reports:
- ✅ Owner / Administrator / Manager — All reports for all company check requests
- ✅ Verifier — Reports for check requests they personally submitted only
- ✅ Partner — Reports for check requests assigned to them only
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Browse or search for the report you need
- Click on a report to view or download it
📋 Accessing Reports from a Check Request
- Go to Check Requests and click on the relevant request
- In the request detail view, scroll to the Completed Reports section
- Click on an individual report to view it
📬 Email Delivery
Reports are also delivered via email when they are ready. The email is sent to:
- The person who submitted the check request (unless a Redirect Report To address was set)
- Any CC Report To addresses added in the report settings
- The candidate themselves (if Send to Candidate was enabled)
📊 What's in a Report?
Each report corresponds to one of the checks you selected. The report content depends on the check type, but typically includes:
- Verification outcome (e.g. Verified, Unverified, Discrepancy Found)
- Supporting details and data collected
- Date the check was completed
- Name of the Partner who completed it (if applicable)
⏳ Partial Reports
Reports don't all arrive at the same time. Some checks (like automated identity verification) complete quickly, while others (like reference checks) may take a few days. You can view completed reports as they arrive — you don't need to wait for all of them.
💡 Tip: If you expected a report but it's not showing, check the check request's status. If it shows Closed, some reports may have been missed due to the 10-day time limit.
