🗳️ Creating and Using Custom Company Bundles
What are Custom Company Bundles?
Custom Company Bundles are saved collections of individual checks that you create and tailor to your company's specific hiring needs. Instead of selecting the same group of checks one-by-one for a recurring role, you can now save that combination as a bundle and select it with a single click.
Once created, these bundles are available for everyone in your company to use on the "Create Check" page.
Who can create and manage bundles?
Only users with the Owner or Administrator role have the permissions to create, edit, and delete Custom Company Bundles.
All users who can create check requests (including Managers and Verifiers) can see and use the custom bundles created for your company.
How to Create a Custom Bundle
There are two easy ways for Owners and Administrators to create a new bundle:
Method 1: From the "Bundles" Management Page
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click on the new Check Bundles menu item.
- Click the "Create Bundle" button.
- In the dialog that appears, give your bundle a name and an optional description.
- Select all the individual checks you want to include in this bundle. The total credit cost will be calculated automatically.

Method 2: From the "Create Check" Page
- Go to the "Create Check" page.
- Click on the "Individual Checks" tab.
- Select two or more checks that you want to group together.
- A new button will appear: "Save selection as Bundle" . Click it.
- Give your bundle a name and an optional description, then click "Save" .
How to Use a Custom Bundle
- Go to the "Create Check" page.

On the
"Bundles"
tab, you will now see a new section at the top named
"Your Company Bundles"
.

Simply click on the custom bundle you wish to use. The individual checks included in it will be automatically
selected, and the total credit cost will be displayed.
Managing Your Bundles
Owners and Administrators can edit or delete any custom bundle from the Settings > Bundles page.
- To edit a bundle, click the pencil icon, make your changes, and save.
- To delete a bundle, click the trash can icon and confirm.
Pricing
- Creating a new Custom Company Bundle costs 1 credit . This will be deducted from your company's available credits upon creation.
- Editing or deleting an existing bundle is always free .
