Glossary of Terms in Reports

The following is a glossary of terms commonly found in generated Smile Checks reports. You will also find this glossary included in every report for easy reference.

Submitted Profile
The submitted profile contains your identity and demographic information as reported by you.
Validated Profile
The validated profile contains your identity and demographic information as reported by the data sources you connected and documents you shared. This is a way to validate the information you have shared by comparing your submitted profile with trusted/verified/authoritative third parties such as government agencies.
Contact Number
This section is used for verifying the status and information of your contact number. The table includes several key sections:
1. Contact Number: Shows the phone number being evaluated.
2. Carrier: Identifies the service provider associated with the phone number.
3. Active/Reachable? Indicates whether the phone number is currently active or reachable.
4. Disposable Number? Specifies whether the number is temporary or disposable.
5. Registered in: Lists various online platforms and services where the phone number is either registered (with a checkmark) or not registered (with a cross).
Email Address
This section is used to verify the status and information of your email address. The table includes:
1. Email Address: Displays the email address being evaluated.
2. Domain: Identifies the domain of the email.
3. Active/Reachable? Indicates whether the email address is currently active or reachable.
4. Free Email/Webmail? Specifies whether the email is from a free or webmail provider.
5. Registered in: Lists various online platforms and services where the email address is registered or not registered.
Latest Employment
This section summarizes the details of the your latest employment:
1. Latest Employer: Specifies the most recent employer.
2. Latest Job Title: Lists the last known job title.
3. Job Classification: Categorizes the role into a specific job category or classification.
4. Job Description: Provides a description of the responsibilities associated with the job title.
Highest Education Level
The section outlines the highest educational level achieved by you as provided by you, including the degree obtained, the major or program of study, the classification level, and the completion date. It provides a summary of the educational background relevant to your qualifications.
Educational Institution
This section pertains to information about your provided school.
Identification Documents / Credentials
The Documents table contains official documentary information available from connected data sources or uploaded documents, such as:
1. Verified government ID numbers (Social Security Number, Tax ID Number, etc.)
2. Validity of police or NBI clearance document
3. Validity of professional credentials or licenses
4. Pay slip document information
Employment History
The Employment History table contains a chronology of your employment status, retrieved from government services and institutions. For data from social security and other social insurance platforms, it is based on contribution reports submitted by previous employers.
Reported Income
The Reported Incomes table shows actual income as reported in connected source accounts or shared documents such as:
1. Payroll accounts
2. Select government accounts such as the government employee pension
3. Payslips
Liabilities
The Liabilities table shows your outstanding loans, particularly from government institutions such as social security and national housing fund. This information helps creditors assess the candidate's credit capacity.
Job Ratings
The Job Ratings table shows your performance ratings from Gig platforms. By analyzing these ratings, you can gain insights into client feedback and overall performance.
Transactions
The Transactions table provides a comprehensive history of all your financial activities, including detailed records of payments made and charges incurred, from various connected Gig platforms.
Estimated Income
We provide additional derived income information calculated from:
1. Social security contributions
2. Annual salary calculations
3. Computed earnings from transactions
Based on available historical data from connected/shared data sources, we calculate an estimated monthly income. While not entirely accurate, it's a good indicator of the candidate's income bracket, especially regarding social security and national health insurance contribution tables.
